Co-chaired the second global netnography conference (NETNOCON 2024) in Milan, Italy, May 29-31, 2024. The close to 100 participants with varied disciplinary backgrounds who traveled to the conference from over 20 different countries presented their netnographic research on a broad range of topics, including vulnerability, diversity, sustainability, visibility, artificial intelligence, and wellbeing.
