  • 18th TourMIS Users’ Workshop & International Seminar - European Tourism Research in the Age of Sustainability and Technology

    The "European Tourism Research in the Age of Sustainability and Technology" conference, co-hosted by Modul University Vienna and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, was led by Professor Karl Weber and Professor Noam Shoval, both of whom are Fellows of the Academy. This conference included about 30 research papers presented by scholars from 15 countries. The keynote speakers included Professor Sara Dolnicar and Xavier Font, also Fellows of the Academy. Following the conference, Modul University Vienna, in cooperation with the European Travel Commission (ETC) and City Destinations Alliance (CityDNA), hosted its 18th TourMIS workshop and international seminar.
